Seventeen-year-old Kenny lives in a rundown track home with his father, but every morning he rides his bike into the wealthier part of town for his lifeguarding job. Invisible to the moneyed moms and girls who populate the country club Kenny spends his work hours stoned, fantasizing about the women around him. One in particular, Mrs. Jordan, has always caught his eye. After an act of heroism brings them together he finds himself alone with her and decides to try to act on his daydreams.

A man of the wilderness discovers a strange object.

Set in 1970's Ireland, Johnny Smith, a seemingly innocent local boy, goes to church to confess his sins to the all powerful town priest. With his friend standing by he nervously enters the confession box and begins a strange conversation with the priest, who seems more interested in gossiping about the nocturnal habits of the local women than granting him absolution from his sins. But not everything is as it seems.

Candi is torn between two loves: one for cupcakes, the other for a TV fitness guru. When she tries to shed one to gain another, she finds the thin line between love and madness.

"Dawning" takes place at a Northern Minnesota lake cabin where a brother and sister visit their father and step-mom. As the first night unfolds with uncomfortable small-talk and tension, tragedy strikes as the beloved family dog is found mortally wounded.
